About Me
More than English
Active Life
Hi! I’m Riya, a British English tutor from London, although I’ve spent the last couple of years travelling back and forth to Bali. Depending on where I am, you may hear British pigeons or Balinese birds in the background of our call.
Before teaching, I spent over 10 years in sales, management and mentoring, and later became a certified life coach in Bali. These experiences showed me how communication builds confidence and how culture and personality shape the way we learn.
I’ve travelled to 50+ countries and love discovering new cultures, people and food.
Outside of teaching, you’ll usually find me playing padel, at the gym or exploring somewhere new.
